A pretty brown jelly fungus.
I took this picture of this unidentified brown jelly fungus along Ash Creek near Beaverton, Oregon. This fungus was growing on a dead twig which I found lying on the ground. It was a globular mass about the size of a billiard ball. It may have been an overripe witch's butter or another jelly fungus such as Tremella foliacea.
